Adam Jones is a Geologist with over 10 years experience. Adam is also a Non-Executive Director of ECR Minerals and a Director of Mercator Gold Australia Pty Ltd. Adam is currently still working within the geological sector in both mining/production and exploration for a number of clients and has worked in roles from grassroots exploration to geological modelling. He also has a connection to the application area working as a geologist at Pajingo Goldmine and spending time prospecting and exploration the Lolworth area in the past. Adam is also a current member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (MAIG) and is considered a competent person for reporting most gold deposits that could be within the application area under the JORC reporting guidelines.
Craig Brown is a Chartered Accountant who has worked in the mining industry for over 26 years. Craig’s positions have ranged from Chief Accountant and later director on a mine site producing over 100,000 ounces of gold per annum then CFO of a publicly listed TSX company which also successfully put a gold and silver mine into production during his tenure. Later in 2003 he was the founding director, shareholder and later CEO of an exploration company listed on the London Stock Exchange which discovered a 5 million ounce gold JORC Mineral Resource, completed a bankable feasibility study for the project, obtained debt and equity finance for mine development and commenced construction of the mine and infrastructure. Since 2016 Craig has been the CFO then CEO of ECR Minerals Plc which is listed on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange and has invested in Victoria, Australia. ECR Minerals Plc is the sole shareholder of LUX Exploration Pty Ltd.
